We want you to love your Albaray pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags securely attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
